At Mubil Fundazioa – Fundación Mubil (hereinafter, “Mubil”), we are especially concerned about security and ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users; this is why we guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information that you provide us with.
This document establishes the privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”) that applies to the users that browse the domain www.mubil.eus (hereinafter, the “Website”).
Whenever we ask for your personal data, we will clearly inform you about which personal data we are collecting and for what purpose, and we will ask for your explicit consent by marking the corresponding boxes on the data request forms, if the personal data processing requires this.

- Security measures: Mubil adopts the appropriate security measures to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users, and in particular, the security measures envisaged in the National Security Framework.
Contact
Purpose: the personal data gathered through the e-mails in the “Contact” section, contact phone number and/or e-mail provided on the web site will be processed to deal with and provide a response to the question raised by the User.
Legitimate basis: the basis that legitimises the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest that Mubil has in responding to questions raised by the User.
Data category: the personal data that can be collected are the User’s identification data, as well as any other data that the User may provide us with when attending to the question raised.
Control of access and visits
Purpose: The data listed below will be gathered for the purpose of monitoring visits, in order to guarantee the security of the premises and visitors.
Where appropriate, the health information regarding temperature is processed in order to protect the health and life of the people who are in this work place.
Legitimisation: processing is necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interest pursued by Mubil in guaranteeing the safety of its premises and visitors.
You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but should you not do so, you will not be able to gain access to Mubil’s premises.

As for the health data regarding temperature, they will not be stored or kept and will merely be processed to allow the data subject to enter the premises. Once his/her temperature has been checked, the data will be erased
Social Networks
Mubil has profiles on social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and is in charge of processing the data of its followers, subscribers, commentators and other user profiles (hereinafter, “Followers”) and of storing the personal data directly provided to Mubil by Followers to be mined or published by Mubil.
The processing that Mubil will carry out with these data on each of the aforementioned networks will be, at the most, that which the social network allows for corporate profiles. When not prohibited by law, Mubil may therefore inform its Followers using any channel permitted by the social network about its activities, presentations, offers, and also provide a personalized customer service.
Under no circumstances will Mubil mine data from the social networks, unless it specifically and expressly obtained the consent of Followers to do so.
